QUALITY CONTROLS & TESTING FACILITIES:

ALLTECH'S real strength lies in the quality assurance. We have an inhouse quality assurance facilities to test each and every product leaves the factory. The company has all the latest manufacturing & testing equipment of world class standard and equally qualified & experienced personal to manage the inspection at various levels. All the product are 100% visually inspected and dimensionally as per statistical quality control plan. Destructive & Non-destructive testing are carried out using various facilityes.

CHEMICAL TESTING:
Both input row material & our final products are tested for Chemical composition by Multi Matrix Spectrometer. It hasbeen equipped with Nitrogen channel also ensure Duplex materials composition.

MECHANICAL TESTING:
Universal Testing machine and Hardness Tester Calibrated through Blue Star.
Tensile strength, Elongation Hardness Testing, Bent Test & Chirpy Impact Test carried out according to ASTM / Other International Standards as specified by customer.

CORROSION TESTING:
To find out the susceptibility of the material to inter Granular corrosion, testing carried carried out through Professional laboratories.

DIE PENETRATE TESTING:
carried out in house.

Radiography though professional Radiographer

Mesuring instruments, process instrument and gauges are requalrly calibrated through standard laboratories.
