Building up ceramics shells of required thickness and strenght surrounding wax patterns by building thin layers of refractory coats successively in controlled atmospherice conditions.

De-waxing the shells after adequate drying in contrlled atmosphere, to drain out wax from shell cavity.

Backing th de-waxed ceramic shell at high temp. to provide necessary hot strength to the shell and burnout un-wanted wax residue to foreign impurities of ceramics.

Fettling, Finishing, Cleaning of Casting Components then visual & dimensional inspection and making it ready as usable component, as per buyer's requirements.
